Zoe has spent her career dedicated to Church school education in both the Catholic and Church of England sectors. She has previously served as a teacher, Deputy Head, Headteacher, and Executive Head, working in both small rural schools as well as large city schools. Throughout these roles, Zoe also delivered school improvement and outreach support to other local schools and governing bodies through strong partnerships with the Local Authority and Diocese. Zoe was previously the founding CEO of a Multi-Academy Trust in Devon that had a teaching school serving schools across the local authorities of Devon and Somerset, before joining Plymouth CAST as CEO in September 2020. She is passionate about collaborating and innovating with others both locally and nationally to improve the life chances of children and young people. In her spare time, Zoe enjoys reading, walking, and kayaking with her family.
